Sally is back in full force!

Back at work day #1 part I-
I sent Sally a Merry Christmas text message over break and she sent one back with a picture of angel and a "Merry Christmas" back. She came into the office yesterday and thanked me for the text message I sent her and told me I was the first friend to send her a text message b/c she usually only gets text messages from the weather channel only. Apparently you can receive daily emails from the Weather Channel. So it made me happy that I was able to be the first "friend" to send her a text message, she's so sweet!

Back at work day #1 part II-
She was telling me about how William and Sunflower (her cats) are now acquainted. Mind you this is about 2 months after William finally came back home after 3 months of being declared missing. Since Sunflower is a "little pistol" and a "little firecracker" who likes to knock William off the piano bench Sally had to have a talken to Sunflower. She told Sunflower that if she keeps misbehaving she will have to send Sunflower to jail and Sunflower would not like going to jail. Then apparently Sunflower looked up at Sally as though she knew she was getting scolded for misbehaving...yep Sally really thinks he cats understand her like humans (hell what do i know, maybe the do!).

Back at work day #2-
Today Sally came into my cubicle and told me that she likes how I style my hair. When I go to work (and really just every day) my hair is either down, pulled up, or in a single braid. Today it is in a braid and apparently Sally likes this basic style so much she wanted to take a picture of me. So she took a picture of me with her camera that has film she is not sure will actually work. So if the film is bad she will buy new film and take another picture. Sally was quick to reassure me that I am not to worry that she will post my picture online b/c it is not a digital camera.

I can't tell you enough how great it is to work with someone who constantly takes me by surprise with her random actions and stories.
