Spring Grilling Menu #3

Location: Backyard
Day: Saturday=Perfect spring evening
Attendance= The girls

Grilled Tuna Steaks seasoned with evoo, salt, and pepper (topped with (optional) mango chutney or red pepper relish)
Vegetable kabobs-skewered cherry tomatoes, red onion,red pepper, and zucchini
(Seasoned with evoo, salt, and pepper)
Grilled green onions
Guacamole and chips-Amanda made awesome guac by adding some type of Mexican cream, oh so good.
Dessert-homemade chocolate chip cookies

Beverage=wine


Perfect day/nigh-walking, ice cream, Maymont, a high feeling of happiness, DSW, super comfortable tennis shoes, great wine, no brown sugar, started a movie, and passed out.

I'm glad you didn't come to the Xiu Xiu on Saturday...it was sooooo weird you wouldn've hated it!
